The official sitting over there manipulating the things. Basic items like shop not there inside the washroom. Badsheet and pillow covers are dirty and not changed for new entrty. This is all used one

Terrible Stay

You showed the room for doubles. After going there the manager showed single bed. it is for single room. He charges extra 1000 rs for double room. As the booking is non refundable and the time is around 11 pm. I have no option. Terrible experience.

It clearly shows and states single bed room.We have checked and Manager has asked you only fare difference to upgrade not 1000₹ extra, which was also waived off inspite of your mistake while booking.Please book carefully going forward.Thanks Manager
