they provide me another room from their another side hotel room,they told me that I only paid 420 rupees and their room [ utkal hotel ] is full ,they give me room with same price another hotel room ,the owner of both hotel are same .

Demanded extra money from the booking amount as shown in make my trip and i paid 500 extra cash even on my prepaid order. AC rooms are not in good conditions. Hygiene is very very poor.
