Very well maintained clean room, good hospitality and great staffs , parking space is available. Overall worth for the price

Very neat and clean close to Mandir but in a narrow lane. Room size mentioned in MMT is 100 sqft but actual size is 12*16 (192 sqft). No restaurant. Bed & Rest room are clean. Closet is fixed very close to wall causing discomfort. Hundreds of lodges available around UDAYA

Property is very near to Raghavendra Mutt. Food will not be available in the property. Nearby restaurants and shops are there. Neat bathroom, hot water et., they could have provided a hot water kettle.

Location is very good for the purpose of easy access to the temple. food- not applicable. aminities & services is also good

It is not 3 star hotel ! Room was clean. However bed sheet and pillow cover was torn. There is no bed side table, no cupboard, no sufficient charging points. Hot water is only upto 8 am or so ! Though overall stay was ok, considering the facilities, price is too high and wondering how it is certified as 3 star hotel!

Bed room was nice but Very bad smell from toilet. Locality was good. Services OK. Check-in / Check-out was quick.

Average room with very high charges. Room full of mosquitoes, which wont go away with mosquitos repellant

This hotel is very close proximity to Sri Raghavendra temple. I had booked Delux AC Premium room which was very spacious and neat. bathroom maintained well. But they dont have restaurant there. Little bit expensive.

The rooms were clean and decent like our stay a year back at the same hotel. It is a very short distance from the matta/temple as that is the main purpose of any visit to mantralayam which is definitely an added bonus

We stayed for two nights and two whole days. It's very close to the raghavendra swami mutt. Our stay at the hotel room was comfortable. They are maintaining the room as well as the washroom neatly and cleanly. Lift facility is available and drinking water ( water doctor) is available 24/7 at each floor. On the whole, our stay was pleasant.
