I have travelled with my girlfriend and I stayed in the time Square hotel. It's fine. I go check early by 9 o'clock, but they also already up the room and they clean the room and set up for us and we stayed for by night. I have left the room, but I know room is a cleaner need, but one thing that like there is no milk powder or something else. That's it remaining. All thing is good. Fine.

The hotel room was awesome and the service was very good . Hygiene and Clean Room must visit. I suggest this hotel. they show like 2 stars but it is like a 4 star property.

When I approached reception, they said my booking is not available. Here you have to pay. I give them the booking ID, but they're not interested in looking that. I waited in the lobby for one and a half hour. After that. I asked him to give me a room, I'll pay, and I will take the cash back. They were not even ready for that, and after that, I called the booking manager in the night, 130 respond and he told the reception guy to give them a room. If the booking is not there, we will charge him or else. We'll see in the morning and after that, I got the room in the morning when I checked, they said yes, sir, we got it. I had a very bad experience with this hotel.

The location of the property was good with easy access to restaurants and transport. breakfast was good. Cleanliness was not up to the mark and can be better managed. Bed linens were not clean and not fresh.

this about my recent trip to Thanchavur and stay in Hotel Royal stay in Abraham pandithar road. The hotel is inclean, good and in a good place. But, if you are a Tamilian, then yyou will be feeling good about staying here. If you aare not a Tamil, then you will be totally trapped, as noone knows English, including the front office people , they donno English. They will only say two words, Yes, and No. If you know Tamil, then only book here, as you will be feeling frustrated. Total Thanchavur city is like this, the shop people do not know Engish, the auto drivers do not know English, then cab agency people do not know English. This hotel do not have a restaurant, and I did not know that,you have to go out through the unclean road ofthis city to Arya bhavan to have good food. In chennai everyone knows English, so life is easy there. I was so frustrated, as i the auto driver's doesnt even know to read google map...... So, while you choose a hotel, please make sure the admin and staff can speak English, otherwise you will have a bad trip. If you know Tamil, then this place is wonderful as the staff is very hospitable, but if you donno English, then I dont suggest it. the hotel will arrange trip with travels, dont choose that guy, but travels charges decent rates. pls make sure taxi guy also knows English.
