It was a good experience in stay this hotel ,nice parking area,near to Market ,good location

Basically they are not supposed to provide any type of service regarding towel water and morning breakfast is one of the oust thing i ever experience because when i reached the dining their nothing to eat so it's a very bad experience serving this hotel

Sure. Very poor service regarding providing minimum requirements like towels and water bottles. Very poor breakfast served during morning.

Room is swampy, unclean and dingy. Food is below standard. Bathroom entrance is broken with wooden pieces coming into it

Extremely shabby & dirty rooms. Completely contrasting from what hotel has shown to offer. Doors, cupboard are broken. Highly disappointed & zero ratings for this property. No complimentary breakfast service available. Staff bought cold food from street shops outside.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, I was assigned rooms 423 and 430, but both had an electric earthing problem. The staff eventually moved us to rooms 223 and 230, but the issues continued. Room 223 had no AC remote, and the fan only had one setting, which was at the highest speed, making it very uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was rude throughout the stay, and there was no parking facility available, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this hotel was not value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The ac in my room is not have any control and sound something like one tractor is plough at paddy field

As worst hospitality and also after paid advance for bf and dinner amount, have not got the choice element's. Rooms are damaged and provide the rooms which is under construction. Bed and pillow covers are damaged.

Good hotel for staying as well as food also good. Location wise it is very good. But room size & washroom size is bit small.

I am quite happy with the room they are providing. Well furnished and quite cleaned room. Need to work on tv which are not recharged on certain channels. Room service is appreciative. Receptionist is very beautiful, sound and polite in nature which add a pros to the hotel. Need to work on bathroom lights. Overall it was a good stay @ midtown.

Easy process and a great support to do my business work

A good room with good hygiene, hotel staff are really good and friendly but as a local couple i have to pay extra money for my girlfriend so that is dossapointing
