Review Of HOTEL THE GREAT MITHILA

I had gone to attend a review meeting of NHAI. Honestly telling I was scared after going through a feedback on Google. But during my stay all apprehension vanished. It is very good hotel beside Highway. Food is superb. Staff is courteous and helping by nature. Meeting hall is well equipped for 40 persons. I thank hotel management for their vision and carefulness.

When entered to bathroom it was used,and room eligance is good which is shown in picture but inside room there is plastic chair and plastic table,extra mattres provoded for extra occupancy was smelling badly,Hotel reception delaying at checkout-computer slow,Food maker doesnt know how much sweet a shake should be,doesnt know the saltiness of paratha, I dont know wether this hotel is 3 star pr 5 star because at reception 5 clocks were there with same time, for me it pass 1 star in service.

While the hotel's location on the highway is convenient, that's where the positives end. The room was modern and had basic amenities, and I appreciate the smart touch wall switch, which was a nice touch. However, that's where the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay seemed to end. The real issues began with the hotel's bizarre policies. Despite booking a room for four adults, we were only provided with two towels. When I requested additional towels, the staff flatly refused, citing hotel policy. I've never encountered such an inflexible and unreasonable policy in any hotel, and it was a major letdown. The room's wash basin was laughably small, and the lack of toiletries for all guests was another major oversight. The facilities for drivers were pathetic, and the hot water was inconsistent. The reception area lacked a comfortable seating area for guests, which added to the overall feeling of neglect. What's most disappointing is that despite charging a hefty room tariff, the hotel's facilities and policies are more akin to an average 2-star hotel. If possible, I would strongly advise against staying at The Great Mithila. The experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This place will truly give you the taste of Mithila's rich culture. Must stay if you are travelling via Mithila.
