food is good.lacation good.service good.but room I have issue room very small not comfortable and fly also there

Rooms are very old mismanaged , cleaning very improper and blanket were smelly

The hotel is located very near to Brajeswari devi temple and has a beautiful facade. The rooms are near and clean. The food is average. Service is good.

E.g., 'The room was not clean upon arrival,' 'The Room location was Terrible and Windows are not clean,' or 'The amenities were not as described.'] I expected a better experience based on the booking, and I hope these concerns are addressed to improve future stays."

Poor hygiene, soiled used bed-sheets & curtain s, slippers on demand & no toiletries. The menu rates are high with average food quality

Hotel locations and ambiance is good. Executive room was spacious with a nice mountain view. However basic amenities like bisleri bottles were not provided. Bit expensive in terms of value for money

The hotel is designed for a marriage functions etc. All the rooms are connected to terrace. As per the rate the amenities where not there. Bedsheet was not clean, i don't think they have washed the matters coverer ever. Also, it looked like the ac was not serviced.

Location was right in the midst of the city. The rooms were clean and the food also tasted like homemade. The services were also good and the staff was efficient.

Food was v tasty. Good location & service but. Bath towels were not soft amd torn from edges. The dum aalu recipe cooled by the chef was v tasty.

The property is adjacent to the state bus stop where private taxis and private buses are plying. Beautiful property with a scenic backdrop of himalaya. Food is excellent. Service is topmost.

So good ambience, polite staff * ( 5 stars from my side) i always prefer and recommend to all stay here.
