We stayed as a family with a baby. The room was clean and fresh and had all the amenities. The staff is very cooperative and we had a very pleasant stay

title: extremely disappointing experience - not recommended i recently stayed at a hotel, and it was a highly unpleasant experience. the room was unbearably smelly, which made it impossible to relax or enjoy my stay. to make matters worse, there was no staff available to assist with any issues, and the person managing the counter was also handling room service — leaving no one available for immediate support. this kind of experience reflects poorly recommendations and severely impacts customer trust. i would urge to review the quality of hotels they list to avoid further dissatisfaction. would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and i hope will take this feedback seriously.
