No buffet breakfast. Charged high. Ambience is also bad. Talk rules but don't follow. Bed sheets are not cleaned

It's a terrible experience service was very bad and the receptionist attitude and behaviour were very bad, they don't have knowledge about treating the customer and minimum needs are also not available like toothpaste, brush and shampoo they are simply said stock not available and they argue with me and they don't know how to speak with customers and they don't know how to receive customers and very rude and ruf behaviour it's a very terrible experience.

Service very poor, breakfast not proper service, bed sheet very dirty, not hot water kettle & tea / coffee/ milk complimentary not available. Pl improve your service & standard

Bad service toilets are not functional i have a terrible experience in this hotel, room was so bad smell and their is no breakfast option but you people are collecting money

Room is very neat but the problem is food is not available. Wash room is neat and hygiene. Those who want to go on a trip to siddipet can stay at this hotel.

The hotel didn't have a proper washroom, it was broken and smelling bad. They charged for 4 people but no proper arrangements. Wrist experience ever through make my trip. Also there was no complimentary breakfast. Even though we were charged. I didn't have pics

No hotwater in shower, safebox didn't work and didn't got fixt.

The water for bathing was very dirty with sand particles. Complimentary breakfast is very bad. Service is very slow.

Terrible maintenance in wash rooms. Flesh not working on every rooms. Management not even talking to the customers. Very very very bad don’t even book this note

Decent place for a one night stay. Ample parking in the cellar especially given the building has a restaurant, trends etc as well. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Found it a little pricey though for the amenities provided
