not safe for ladies…worst and room also smell so much and toilet not clean

It is o. K. Type accommodation at a reasonable price. I stayed with my family.

The lift is on the first floor we have to climb one floor to get into the lift we just occupied for about 8-10 hrs in total and spent about 1 hr 30min in room the tv, ac remotes were not working. This for your information and other subjects are average and so so

I booked an ac room but no ac room was available at the time of check-in and the room given was very clumsy and small.

Reasonably good stay. Attentive and friendly staff.

Rooms are clean, near to food center, restaurants. Ac is working fine, room cleaning service is great, overall great deal.

hotel was clean and neat and even the service was great. nothing to share

1. Cleanliness & hygiene : -2/5, washrooms was not cleaned properly, used towel were still hanging in the rooms, linens were not clean and had lot of stains 2. Staff behaviour: )3/5 for the manager and hotel owner/incharge, very rude behaviour, didn't have the decency to speak politely with ladies and elder people. However the room service guys(3/5) behaved well. 3. Facilities - 2/5, the property doesn't have properly lift facilites, no intercom available, every time you have to run to the reception for even water bottle.
