The hotel was nic & the food is also tasty ,the staff behaviour also so nic with the guest & hotel view also so nic.😃

Very nice and clean room with good view of fields. Food taste good not great though as related to price list. Staff is very helpful. Over all great experience

The hotel was neat and tidy. The hotel staff was very co-operative and understanding. We made an early check-in about 2 hrs earlier but they cooperated with us. All over a excellent experience.

It's a nice property. Staff is great. They tc of your needs and very polite. They are always ready to serve you well by taking any step required. Food is also great here. Overall a very nice stay idea. I have been staying here almost for last 4 years now.

Good Hotel according to the small Town

Stay was good, services were extremely good, the staff is too nice but food quality needs to improve.

Food was delicious and place was clean and warm.

Bathroom have pungent smell. Door of the bathroom was rusted.

It was wonderful tour with family. It was religious as well as adventure tour we all enjoyed.

The room service was poor. Nobody cared after room allotment. No towel in roomand not even phone call no list. Advise hotel to improve. No idea about complementary breakfast and drop service. Moreover whole night wasted due to jagraya in hotel premises and food of choice not available. Water was not available for the waiter bothered to ask any question and serve anything else rescue for same.

It's just around 1km from the Una Railway Station. I reached there in the mid-night despite that they attended me gracefully. Room service and cleanliness was very good. Hotel Staff was very co-operative and friendly. Overall a nice stay with decent hotel tariff.

It was exactly what I thought, Hotel workers and reception are Friendly and cooperative. It's near to bus station so easy to travel any location near by. Hotel have marvelous facilities like air conditioner, gyser, bar, restaurant etc. Food is little bit costlier but you can go outside hotel for meal. Meal is very cheap outside hotel. Hotel is very clean and a lot of space for parking also

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Bed cover and pillow cover were not properly clean. No lift / elevator to climb up to 3rd floor. AC M/c was too noisy. Food ar restaurant expensive. Otherwise, service is good

Experience is too bad. No hospitality. Just like a formality. No infrastructure. Even no towel is available in washroom. I suggested chose something else from this one. According to Makemytrip terms & Conditions not provide the things.

Good service provided by hotel management. They all are very cooperative. Good room very clean and best service I like and also I am thankful to Makemytrip team they are doing a good job at their end.

Location is access to go every where. Facility and services good. Restaurant services were costly as compared to others. Staff were decent. Value for money. However, hotel should improve quality of attracting guests by value added services and guest requirements.

The washrooms didn't seem to be clean as compared to last time we visited. Also the restaurent services were costly as compared to others. They should provide clean washrooms/facilities which is always a prime thing a visitor/guest would see in any hotel we visit.
