Reception lady was very harsh ..not co operate ..by mistake booked 2 separate rooms n put 2 persons instead 4 persons but hotel charged extra cost of 1600 plus tax ..before that lady was insisting to pay one room extra charges

The booking made through MMT was for single occupancy in each room, but four guests arrived. As per hotel policy and industry standards, additional charges are applicable when the number of guests exceeds the occupancy mentioned in the booking. Our staff was simply following these guidelines and informing you of the extra person charges. We assure you that there was no intention to be rude. Our team is trained to maintain courtesy and professionalism, but we also need to follow booking rules to ensure fairness and comfort for all our guests. Excellent Stay
Hotel location is very close to the bus stand and main city. Rooms are clean. staff is very polite and cooperative. food is also very good. only one problem is approaching road is in very bad condition. In fact there is no road.

do not trust
I had booked king size bed room through Make my trip, but at the time of chek in , manager from Surya international provide 2 single bed room ( separate ), and after asking them so they simply said all rooms are full. If I had already booked room from make my trip and also contact property prior 2 days to confirm my booking then how they can't do so, after that they provide us 1 room in there surya executive hotel which is small room with queen size bed , so my value for money is not completed, fully disappointed.

Terrible Stay
Worst room I have stayed ever , I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone , bad room, person at reception is hopeless , full mosquitoes , lift not available , very small room , booking showing king size bed and he is denying to give, very small bath room, no hospitality mainly with person on reception

Terrible Stay
AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN, WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME. HAD MOSQUITOS BITING YOU THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. TOWEL KEPT IN THE ROOM WAS ALREADY SOILED. VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM.

Poor Stay
Felt unsecure, room was on 3rd floor that too no lift available. In front of door there was steel ladder for terrace. Early Morning and night time hotel staff was seating on stairs and talking loudly along with that their walkytalky noise terrible.

Excellent Stay
soloShreyas in front office and Pravin in restaurant made all the difference. After long drive a clean room and plenty of hot water in bathroom was fantastic. Appreciated security taking care of car was amazing. What a lovely and lively experience. Will definitely return.

Not value for the money
Location is good 5 mins from railway station. Rooms are clumsy. Needs more maintenance. The owner has constructed the hotel without any aesthetics with the only intentions to build rooms wherever possible making it clusterophobic. There is so much of commotion even in late night. The employees keep on talking in very loud voice on their walky talky. So if you need peaceful sleep this is not for you.

Terrible Stay
Horrible, surya international hotel, extremely bad experience the front is not at all bothered to welcome their guest. Room service takes loads of time. They charge for bottled water. All food items have cherry, pineapple in it. Like chinese noodles also. Intercom in the room doesn't work most of the time. Also their resturant is in surya executive which is the next building 1st floor for old people to many stairs to climb.
