The Hotel Location is Average But Not Mentained

Washroom is not good

Very bed rooms a/c also not working properly and water is dropping in bed from a/c.

Food is good … near to the railway station and it comes under hotel chain of surya. Surya grand is better than surya.

Room is not clean and not furnished as per the rate, too old. No one is caring about this room and the traveller. Wash room is dirty. No telephone facility. Service is okay average

Initially there was a confusion about the location. On the road front building ‘ surya grand’ is written is written, but on arrival they called the back side building as ‘ surya grand’. They provided the front side old building to us. Boys are polite, but facilities are old and needs repairs/replacement.

It was very terrible experience at hotel surya, it's room was and bed was not neat and clean even bedsheet of bed was also not changed after earlier customers checkout. Room ac was not in the condition to start, bathroom was not neat and clean even geyser was also not working. This was terrible stay hotel surya.

The hotel looks old but well preserved, heygenic, and the service is promt and good

No light outside the Hotel. It is in dark place. Bedsheet and towel was dirty. Food was ok ok

In the mid night the generator did not started when electricity cut happened. I had to call the room service guy start the generator and then after 30 mins it got started. Even lift of hotel is also not good and is very congested.

An average hotel with some good hospitality, but I would like to draw your kind attention towards this that Reception is on 3rd floor but there is not any arrow sign therefore the newcomers find it hard to get the reception so kindly paste at least an arrow sign about that.

Non a. C. Room are without Windows so much suffocating but staff and management was co operative during staying I booked the room but actual tariff and go ibibo are havy different. We can't assume that non a. Room are without Windows so much suffocating After all good

I didn't find any lacking in the hospitality shown by the staff. So, overall, I must recommend this hotel for the pleasant stay at Koderma. While travelling to the place, I was not feeling well and needed some special food servings. They served as I wished and were quite helpful. Location is also a major factor to this hotel.
