I have not stay there, bcoz there was a general ward not a room, i have requested to your representative to cancel the booking but not support to me i have paid to you and another hotel also its a twice loss to me i will not book any hotel through make my trip in future bcoz customer support is zero

Cheap option if you are don't want to spend much money. The dormitory i got after paying 440 rs had 8 beds. It was quite warm because of the ac compared to outside winter. I did not stay overnight however the mattress and blanket were okay. The shared toilet was workable. Bring your own soap as the public soap isn't hygenic. Take care of your belongings although the dorm has cctv camera security.

Worst hotel experience of my life

I booked room over MakeMyTrip to this hotel, they didn't provide room to me for 1 hour as I was told at reception to wait as they will call their owner after that they will provide me the room. The room condition was horrible in night. I woke up when I heard something in my room, I saw one big mouse over my blanket. Totally bad.
