Review Of Hotel Star Residency

Froud hotel & MakeMyTrip.. der is option of early check-in in hotel booking, dats why I booked, but dey denied checkin, also demands extra money for early checkin, I showed MakeMyTrip voucher in which clearly mentioned check-in slot 6-8 am, but dey not excepted, also said MakeMyTrip responsible not hote i didn't checkin, called MakeMyTrip customer care, dey told me refund wl be done, 3 times I called MakeMyTrip but same ans. till I didn't receive refund & call back from MakeMyTrip, waist of money & time, & now wait for refund, call dem continuesly, yahi kaam bacha he hamare pass. also der is corfue in hotel area, when I called dem dey didn't mentioned it, froud & terrible service

Not clean and hygiene . Loction wrong 500 meter distance .

Overall experience was very poor as compared to tarrif paid right from the location to cleanliness.

Rooms are not hygienic and room service is very poor and food quality is very poor over it’s bad experience and comparative cost is very high

They don’t allowed in hotel. Because local address. Me and wife and children. Go back to Railway station. Hall nit staying in Railway station.

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The cleanliness standards were not up to the mark, and many of the amenities that were mentioned during booking were unavailable. This made the stay uncomfortable and below expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Location: Good from an access point of view Rooms are old and not renewed, maintained in an average manner Hot running water was an issue The parking assistant was very cooperative I got it at a decent rate during peak busy cycle

Sorry i am interested. Room was not clean. No toiletries. No proper parking facility. Even door has opening. Room was triangular in shape

Good and comfortable stay. Improve on cleanliness and restaurant meal with better making. But satisfy stay.

Hotel manager behaviour is not good .no proper room cleaning extra bad is smelling. After multiple calling giving travel and shop .no phone available in room for communication.

Worst service, room is dirty, towels are dirty totally understand, makemytrip should concern regarding this.

It is a cheapest hotel near market & hotel also nice & room service are also good all staff also good

The hotel was unclean. The bed was dirty and bed linen especially pillow covers were soiled and were definitely not changed after the previous occupant had checked out. Bathroom had no toilet rolls and the soap was of very inferior quality. The dustbin had a large amount of pan and tobacco spit of last occupants which was not emptied and cleaned and made one recoil at the dirty and unhygienic sight. Thanks

First of all I ll give 4 ⭐ to Hotel Star Residency .Hotel geography near to Agrasen Square Metro station which was very feasible to travel across nagpur through local ricks & metro.But near by there is no any good restaurant for food.Staff support was excellent 👍.They are so much coperative & they allow early checkin to hotel as per availability of room.Overall good hygiene condition well maintained across hotel.

Small concerns immediately looked into. Courteous staff. Prompt response. Clean rooms. The food menu is a bit on the expensive side. Over all nice retro like feel in the room.
