Poor Stay
Toilet was not clean, Dentle kit was not provided although it is mentioned on MMT that Dentle kit is available. When I requested for dentle kit, hotel has provided used toothpest and not provided brush. Toilet cum bathroom windows were broken. Although Break fast was included it was available after 8:30 am. AC and other amenities were good.

Best otel in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar
hotel is in a wonderful location just 2min walking distance from cidco bus stand and staff is also very polite specially the manager he gave me check in two hour early and room was very neat and clean and amenities were there it was my 2nd time in same hotel and I booked for classic room but manager gave me deluxe room in same price my overall experience was amazing and wonderful 😊

Excellent Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the the sparkling pearl. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service made my stay truly unforgettable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. . The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel's location was perfect, with many local attractions within walking distance. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was exceptional in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. hotel was in very convenient place and staff was very polite and humble i've booked for classic room but they offered me deluxe room without any extra charges service was 5/5 😄 highly recommend to everyone who is going to visit sambhaji nagar

Very bad experience in this hotel. looking old infrastructure and old tap in bathroom.Towle also not clean. AC remote not working that's why not sleeping well. overall very bad experience with this hotel room.

Linen and towels are changed after every Guests check out. Regarding the AC remote not working, it required just a call to the reception and the front office person would have happily helped. Nothing has to say into property there nothing in amenities. Not worth no price for money. Bathroom conditions and room ambiance terrible.

The kitchen which serves in room might have been closed that night. But our restaurant Shahi Bhoj which serves pure veg thali is operational on all days of the week till 10:30 PM

We would like to bring to your notice that we do keep electric kettles in the Suite room, but the Guest before you who stayed misused it and the kettle got damaged. Still, we would have provided you with the alternate kettle in your room, if you had asked for the same at the front office. Moreover, you forgot to mention that we had given you the early check in and also as a special case we gave you the late check out too as you requested for the same. the hotel room was not as good as shown in pictures and the bathroom was smelly. i requested them to change the room or clean the bathroom but they didn't do anything. horrible experience 😔

You had requested us to shift the room, but we could not do so, as you had checked in late, and we were completely sold out. As you complained about the bathroom being smelly, we got the bathroom done once again under my supervision. I had checked it personally, that the bathroom was good. Still, we apologize as we could not live up to your expectations.

For make my trip users they prefer corner rooms, where wet mops, brooms are kept. Its a common practice by most of the hotels. Whenever i book through mmt they gave me bad rooms even when good rooms are available

All the Guests are same for us, it is not that we provide better rooms to other Guests and not so good rooms to MMT Guests. We maintain all the rooms to give comfort to our Guests. Moreover, we have taken a note, from now on mop and brooms will not be kept at the end of the passage. We look forward to hosting you again and serve you.
Very bad experience
Very worst experience. Not at all worth for money, it is like lodge. No hot water, dirty bedsheets, dirt on floor. Etc. They took me to near by tiffin center for complementary breakfast and asking me to eat upma.

Dear Sir, We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay. Regarding the hot water, we didn't get a single complaint from other guests during the same day. We inform the Guests to let 1-2 buckets of cold water go out and then the hot water starts coming. You were given a big spacious room, but still you were unsatisfied with the services provided. We serve the complimentary breakfast in rooms, whereas the lunch and dinner are served in our restaurant 'Shahi Bhoj. Kindly accept our apologies as we could not live up to your expectations.
