Review Of Hotel Snow Crest

Even basic facilities are not available like intercom hot water.

Hotel Snow Crest was a life savior. By god's grace (Shri Badri Vishal) we got a room booked. My mom fell ill the night we were staying there. The Hotel staff was very helpful. The facilities are good. Heater, hot bad, warm cozy room it has everything. Can't imagine being in any other Hotel. Strongly recommend this Hotel to everyone.

So I booked rooms at this hotel in advance, 3 weeks. While I was on my to the hotel, travelling the whole day and awake for a night, I call the hotel to inform that I would be a little late. To my surprise they don't even acknowledge my booking at first, and when they do they say our rooms have been given out to others. They gave petty excuses of missing our booking. I decide to reach there and talk after which I am given rooms but not the ones I paid for. Since I had a week long trek ahead of me, I didn't take it up then. Upon my return, when I did take this issue with MMT, they have been lax and unprofessional in their responses!

The place of this hotel is awesome. You can reach Ropeway in just two mins. It provided us everything only without three things. One is that the room was in ground floor, so mountain view was not there. Second, Wi-Fi was not reachable. Last but not least AirTel was not working on ground floor.

The manager at the resort is a little over smart, he keeps on saying big big things without acting upon anything. There is no concept like housekeeping at all. For all small things like drinking water, bath towel and soap etc. We have to go to the reception, as there are no telephone in the room.

A budget hotel with nice location. Service was pretty bad, maybe due to rush on 25th December. Staff was good but low in count. Rooms were neat and they provided a heater also. Room was very small with no cabinets for luggage. I liked the hotel but wouldn't prefer for family.
