So I booked rooms at this hotel in advance, 3 weeks. While I was on my to the hotel, travelling the whole day and awake for a night, I call the hotel to inform that I would be a little late. To my surprise they don't even acknowledge my booking at first, and when they do they say our rooms have been given out to others. They gave petty excuses of missing our booking. I decide to reach there and talk after which I am given rooms but not the ones I paid for. Since I had a week long trek ahead of me, I didn't take it up then. Upon my return, when I did take this issue with MMT, they have been lax and unprofessional in their responses!
