Pathetic Hotel

When checked in room was not clean. Dirty chairs, cupboard, tv, wash room. No lock in the bathroom door. Bad No water and soap provided manager said it is to be purchased but after insisting he got one. A lot of noise in the Hotel like Dharamshala. Only single person staff in Hotel a care taker. No indoor cooking available and to be ordered from out Side or Good Location Care taker behaviour Arrangement of a bike on rent Mr. Babu Lal to visit all temples over there in Chitrakoot.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, I have spoken to the manager but most of the things you mentioned are not correct since it is verified also. There were 02 persons in the hotel during your stay, the room was given to you was room which is Split AC fitted room, fitted with geyser, cable tv, attached Bath and fully furnished which I think was the cheapest in this rate but still you have given rating 2 as value for money which is not understandable also I would like to state here that I don't think you will get a room with these facilities in anywhere in the country. You have chooses a bike ride for visit the temples for saving your cost else there is car rental also but if you think that you will get car and room then I am so sorry for that. There is door closure in every washroom also there is no noise at all, 24 hours electricity backup is there, mineral water is available 24 hours. Cooking presently we don't have since hotel is not having restaurant at present. I think overall Hotel have provided excellent facility and services to you the best at this rate but you still have raised some issues for which we will See in future to take care of these too. Thanks.
