It is far away from the city centre, and it has worse amenities and services. Initially, i booked a non-ac room and was upgraded to an ac room, but the ac worked hardly for 2 hours. Geysers will not work; some geysers have an earthing issue (shocking; worst cleaning of rooms; worst staff.

The positive was the owner and staff behaviour and intent to help. They replaced the old cooler with a new one based on our feedback. The property is very basic and water availability was a problem on day 2. Had to ask for towels, no soap, no tv remote and so on. Doesn't quite fit mm t benchmark. We stayed with minimal expectation because we didn't have a choice but a lot of improvement needed to bring it up to standard.

Nice hotel with good amenities and ambience. I would stay again. Thanks team for the nice stay and good support

It was too hot in chirawa. Due to the demand we were not able to book an ac room, but hotel team noticed our issues and upgraded to ac rooms. One of the room smell was very difficult to adjust. Room 104 is a waste of money and don’t book it. But staffs are very good. This is a small hotel. You could get pilani bus from the stop just in-front of this hotel. There is a restaurant ( coffe just in - something like that ) provide nice foods.

Staff are polite provided extra bed room was clean a/c service good

The room was small, television was not working, no facilities for goofing, only air conditioning was good. We checked out the hotel one day before i. E. On 1st august only.

Hotel property have 6 rooms, hotel staff don't provide any service, staff behavior was polite. As per location hotel property is good, I am happy to stay to in this hotel.
