Horrible, it us not hotel it is typical type old home. They charge online for compliment breakfast. But hotel don't have restaurant, even they didn't provide breakfast. Very pathetic service.

Room is good and locator is perfect near to railway station and all staff is friendly and good in manner. Overall good experience at that price in Gwalior, For couple point of view it's also good and safe place.

Service and room is not good ... Like cleaning ... Bathroom .. Hotel services all are bad ... Over all bad experience .. Only location is good ... Near railway station and bus stand .. Approx 1and 1/2 k. M from hotel

Total waste of money as I choose this hotel. My booking no. NH for 17 Jan. 2017 single room. But I adjust with another person in single room. No cleaning, poor facilities. So I spoil my trip as I am going with make my trip to choose like this dirty hotel.

There is no any information provided by make my trip to that hotel about my booking as said by hotel staff or manager. I booked separate room but on 1st night 1 more person they managed in my room. Totally disgusting. Next day they provided me separate room. Please care for this in future. Thanks

Near to railway station so you can easily locate. Average facilities. Hotel room and bedsheets was not cleaned. And the most annoying part was that no peaceful environment and had the noise and scream all the night.

This is the worst hotel of India .. Please don't book this hotel for any purpose .. Actually pictures shown in app are totally fake. Manager provide me different room which is in worst Condition. No one can stay for a single minute. It has very bad smell of tobacco and other waste .. No proper light No proper management .. No. Cleaness .. Hotel is very near to railway station, market is nearby. Good budget hotel with all basic facilities. Room size is small but suitable for those looking for cheap accommodation and basic facilities like TV, attached toilet and near to railway station and market.

Average facilities good in this price. Location is just nearby railway station easy to reach. Night stay for exam purpose is good for student peaceful environment. Go for it if you have low budget or you are a student budget.

The location was very near about railway station, behaviour of hotel staff was very polite, cleanliness was average, room also good condition, the service was outstanding. If I will go to Gwalior I really want to go the hotel uttam palace. I highly recommended to visit once guys.

Nice location very close to railways station... Value for money... Room is very big and clean... I suggest to all of you Uttam Palace.. Little bit issue of slow room service.. Hotel should be add complimentary breakfast and mineral water... But overall it was nice stay.. MMT too.

This is a very bad hotel. Will not recommend to anyone else. Please remove this type OF hotel from Goibibo. Rooms are very bad and dirty. AC is also in very bad condition. Toiletries are also very cheap.

I would not to stay in this hotel atleast by booking online, because this hotel staff is not ready to serve the people who have booked online, if they have rooms available they will give it to the people who have booked at the hotel only

Location is good & room is normally better. But cleanliness and service is not effective. Staff is not well mannered but receptionist are cooperative. I am not feeling to much happy with this hotel. Bathroom is not Western, now in Indian style.

Good hotel at low price... Only cleanliness is an issue.. Situated near to railway station but difficult to find,, it is close to petrol pump... Staff is supportive no kitchen there. That is you have to arrange your food...

The hotel's location was good. The staff was polite and good. The room was not good. The service was okay. The room had no cleanliness and the bathroom was untidy and the fittings were malicious. The AC was working good though. Good if you are going alone. For couples and family, not recommended.
