Property was old as I have booked a king size bed they gave me 2 single bed room with weird smell unhygienic washroom bad walls

Service is good but suit room is not good and very much congested seeting

- the room was smelly the moment it was opened for me to check, the floor was dusty, particles could be felt on the floor, bath had a strong phenyl smell which took time to go, bathroom was dirty. the ceiling fan was noisy. morning restaurant timings are late i.e. 8:30 which is very inconvenient, otherwise aloo paratha and chai was good. hotel is below average, a lot of room for improvement.

Very disappointing experience! I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff and manager displayed shockingly rude behavior. Staff were not in pleasant attire. When I requested to change my room offered which was next to the reception, the manager rudely responded, "If you don't want it, cancel your stay," despite knowing that my booking was non-refundable due to the hotel's own cancellation policy. There was no warm welcome or attempt to make guests feel valued. Instead, it felt as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The non-refundable clause now makes sense—it seems designed to trap guests into en during poor service. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even they don't provide complementary water bottle they provide refilled water bottle on asking for water they say its chargeable.🤷🏻‍♂️🙄🥺👎🏻

Hotel was average. I was in super deluxe room but there was nothing deluxe. In room there was small insects and also there was no windows in the room. Overall it was average. If you want to stay just for one day then this hotel is ok.

Amenities were worst, bed was smelly and with bugs. Poor quality towels. Unsealed drinking water were provided for me at my stay.

Washroom and room was clean but ambience is average, hotel had some problem related to hot water for shower but they made arrangement seperately. The normal tap water is salty which you are using to wash hands and face. This salty water is everywhere in gandhidham city not hotel specific issue

I am staying here for more good and clean rooms. Wifi speed is good. Cctv camera for security.

Hi, overall good to stay for one day. But no extra amenities available except wifi. Need pest control as seen cockroaches.
