Review Of Hotel Shimon Inn

It was worst experience rooms are dirty no staffs are horrible they can't talk properly bed sheets are dirty bathrooms are smelling I stay there for 3 hrs and again I book another hotel i booked shimon hotel for 1 night but I will stay there for 3 hrs then check out my experience was terrible and I pay another 300 rupees for ac room are bad sorry to say

worst experience this is only hotel listed in dhamtari third time i went their before entering hotel room was showing available for booking as I use to enter and ask for to show room room gets unavailable and one time it can be coincident but back to back 3rd time this happened, receptionist ask to take ofline and say we will decrease 400rs in offline ,so I came back and with in 5 min again it started showing available than I book from outside and came hote to stay as it was night arround 12pm after even succesful booking he did not gave me room ac delux he took 300 extra and force me to take sweet room and in that room washroom was not clean lights of room not working properly ac was just giving air no cooling when I complaint with owner he also said we have only sweet room we can't give you ac deluxe it was night thier was no option I took room I gave in ac delux with breakfast I did not done breakfast was getting late as this is my my mistake so I m not complaining for breakfast. please take serious action it's very very bad experience with me staff was ready to fight when you say anything when I ask for wifi they started showting. room no was 211 sweet room they force me to take after successful booking of ac delux.

room facility not good, room exaster not work, gyser not work,all about complete pblm

Room was in pathetic condition. AC was not working fan was not working In breakfast samosa and poha was only choice. unhigine, bad smell in the room. over all kisis lodge me ruk Jana par isme mat rukna kabhi bhi. I was not having any choice because it was non refundable

Worst property. No facility. Lift not working. No cleanliness, Rough talks by staff. Complimentary breakfast was fake, they only provided ‘SAMOSA’ which I denied to take and they didn’t rudely talked. Toilets & bathrooms are terrific. Paid for complement breakfast but they had nothing to provide others than ‘SAMOSA’.

No proper hotel staff,rooms are not maintain,in breakfast they provide Poha from street vendor. very bad experience

Room is very poor. Bedsheets and pillows are dirty blanket are smelling bad geezer not working flush not working very low lighting mosquitoes a lot in room etc etc

Tv is not working, i have booked for two person but they provide one bottle drinking water per day. I am sorry to say this is the total fault of make my trip.

The quality of the room was very very pathetic, so we had to shift to lounge which was costing less than we had paid online for the room booked

Room was cleaning when we reached to the hotel and no services no bathroom kit and no water bottle

Hotel is good, but room service is not up to the mark. But the main issue is about the location map given that is totally wrong and wasted too much time.

AC water linkage. Lots of mosquito in room.

When check in Hotel I saw Hotel roof made of tin which is cover ply ceiling. No cleaned in room. Room is not as per amount.

Overall room was good, but food facility was not so good. Hot water is not available in bathroom.

Really pathetic service disgusting

I think more improvement is needed to this hotel.
