Review Of Hotel Shila Plaza

Reception is very poor. Service is also very poor. I am not at all satisfied.

My overall experience at the hotel was average. The location was convenient and the staff were generally polite and helpful. However, there is room for improvement in several areas. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, and some of the amenities (like Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning) did not function properly at times. The food quality was decent, but the menu options were limited.

Excellent hotel

Very close to Railway Station and Bus Route. Lots of Toto & Rickshaw available. Amenities and services were nice. Veg Thali was most wonderful with traditional Bengali dishes..

The amenities mentioned in the description didn't match with the actuals and even quality of food available was no less than poor! Reason for early checkout was combination of all these!

My recent stay at the Hotel Shila Plaza was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed and a well equipped bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Location was perfect; close to railway station and close to auto stand and breakfast carts . Restaurants food was great, I had meals . Staff behaviour was great as well.

clean room & staffs are friendly, behavior is good, hotel is close to railway station. also hotel building may be newly constructed.
