Review Of Hotel Santosh Palace

House keeping was average. Toilet was clean. Hotel location is on main road. Our room was on road side, lot of traffic noise and disturbance till late night. Staff service is ok.

The location was ok. Food was nice, but they ordered from outside only. Service was good. Staff behavior was also good. Cleanliness was bit ok, need improvement. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location is good but rest is terrible. No proper and basic facility available.

Arrogant employees, a little waste of online booking here, as they chose the worst room for you because you already pay the amount and you do not have choice to move back.

Booking was not honoured by hotel . I made alternate arrangements . I have not yet received final action from MMT customer care . Entire hotel was booked for Marriage of local politician . I senior citizen with my tired wife were driven away by hotel.

Location is very good. Reachable from ST stand. Rooms are OK as compared to cost. Toilets are little bit dirty. Overall OK experience. Good reachability to yogeshwari Devi temple. Cost is reasonable

Not recommendable. Very poor quality of rooms. Basic requirements like water in the toilet and TV does not work. Linen was dirty and fans make a noise. Food quality was poor and not palatable. No lifts for 2nd floor.
