THE RIVIERA HOTEL

We reached at around 7pm but still the room wasn't ready. No basic amenities were kept/available inside the rooms. Had to ask for towels and water bottles repeatedly. Service is also not great! Only the local staff were supportive and were trying to help. Basic toiletries were missing and didn't provide it either even after requesting for it - could be hotel policy! Parking is good enough with a security but not gated! Rooms-lighting and AC are in good condition but the only concern is with the cleanliness and hygiene. The bed covers, toilet, bathroom everything needs a makeover. A lot of fruitflies / night light insects inside the room is a turn off. The entire bathroom amenities looked rusty. Morning, tried to take bath, alas, shower didn't work. Staff helped me with a different room for bathing purposes immediately. Soaps, shampoos and floor mats were provided upon request, only in the new room, which was allotted for bathing purpose! Had to carry our luggage back to the car all by ourselves, staff remained silent spectators. Overall, not a fruitful stay for us!

all experience is worst no hot water available no breakfast available staff is very rude when booking there is mentioned breakfast include but actually breakfast was not available oral experience is very bad
