staff is so fuckin terrible, no check in given and denied me to check in, even my booking was confirmed, staff and manager is denied me to check in

Hotel was so horrible. All was mase in room dirty wall fouled smell, bad sheet was dirty & no water bottle/soap was arranged by hotel. I was very much surprise mmt is selecting kind of hotel. Now i will try to other platform to book hotel in future.
