Review Of Hotel Sai

Third class hotel because my check in time 6:00 pm and check out time next day 1:30 pm so hotel we charged extra money 1400rs so that we can review third class hotel please make my trip understanding my concern and review please refund back my charge money. Hotel charges extra water bottle i don't know why.

The behavior of the manager is so much rude he dont talk properly to any person he dont know how to talk to any person

I have a nice experience in my stay. Room & washroom are cleaned. Parking is also available for vehicles.

I was not informed about the kind of food is included in my booking and a scene was created when i was sitting on the dinning table waiting for the food while i was prepared to pay for extra if any. This happened on the second day. I was charged for full meal on the first day and my booked food amount was not deducted.

Stay-in in hotel is good. Tast of food from hotel rock is also good. But they are not providing complimentary water bottle. Not even a single bottle per day. It would be good if they provide it. And coffee / tea powder placement is not good clean.

It was very pathetic. They are unclean and bed buck and cockroach are there and i booked platinum but they gave me delux after squirrel with them they changed the room but that room also same condition and no drinking water and dirty bed cover and towel.

Thar stay was very good and comfortable. Special thanks to make my trip for providing good hotels options with reasonable prices.

Over all good. One point, keep one water bottle in the room complementary. Also if room is available be a bit lenient on later checkout for about 2 hours etc. Will recommend for booking.

Its all about the safety thats perfect but staff need to wear the face mask and hand gloves when serving any thing we have enjoyed well maintained services and best one atmosphere around the hotel
