Smelly rooms with no cross ventilation dirty mattress and stinky comforter totally not recommend only staff behaviour is good

*Rating: 1/5* Disappointing experience at this hotel. Poor service, dirty washroom, and unclean blankets and bed sheets. Unhygienic conditions and lack of attention to detail. Not recommended.

Not at all clean.Bed sheets were dirty and not so were blanket and pillows. Whole night even hotel's staff was involved in drinking,and loud noise

Room was not clean properly and small in size. Bathroom also dirty and water issue. Checkout time before 10AM. Food quality was not good and prices were high. No wifi facility . Card was not accepted for food bill.

It could have been more clean and clear. Door lock was not working properly. Room was very congested.

Fan was not working, generation didn't start after light gone. Room light is blinking, that's why headache was start entire light no watar on washbasin pathetic service, intercom was also not working

Room not clean. Very dirty bathroom and self. Tv plugs not there. Mosquito mat given on request. Many flies

Everything is perfect, staff very polite, services very good.

L parked my vehicle in under ground floor & both lift was not working then i use stairs to reached 2nd floor on reception. No one was there at reception after waiting 10 min some one come on reception for check in process. He allotted me a room when i asked for change my room he replied "room apni pasand se lena tha to pahle dekh ke book karte. Wash room was very dirty. Tv- cabal was not recharge i request receptionist for reacharg tc cabal he replied "recharged nahi ho pa-aye ga aise hi i rahaa lo" unprofessional behaviour done by hotel staff. Over rall bad experience, i would not suggest to any one for spoil his night in such a hotel

It's a very good hotel. My personal experience was awesome. Very good location just walking distance from railway station and hotel staff supportive and well behaviour. But price points it's little bit expensive and some facilities like pool are not working but overall delightful experience

The price of the hotel and services you get didn't match. The room was average, stinky. The bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Even the soap and shampoo provided was so dirty. It could have been half the price charged.

The hotel was not maintained at all - the rooms and bathrooms were dirty, dusty, stinky and had cockroaches. Horrible stay option.

Unprofessional and minor staff those whom you asked for any work, they either refused or asked for money. Many of issues i have faced in this hotel. 1 - power backup not available. I woke up again and again because the ac was off. When i have ask to hotel staff they said that electricity not available till then you need to manage. 2- when i went to take a bath, these people kept the used shampoo and body wash there. When i asked to take a bath with hot water, the hotel staff said that there is no electricity right now because of which i had to take bath with cold water. 3- when i said about dental pests, hotel staff asked me for money. After that, many of my requests, he provided a pest. 4 - when i have ask for shaving kit and hair oil, he sad that same not available due to g20 summit ongoing in delhi because of same is not reached here. Overall very bad experience in this hotel.

Not worth to what we paid, paid around 4k even hotel not maintained properly

Though it us a small place, there is huge scope to improve

The wash room exhaust inline fan was not operational resulting stringent smell while using wash room. Otherwise the stay was good.

It was not a very good experience because the hotel staff have taken an extra amount from hotel booking rate at the reception counter, and we have to pay just because we have already booked our room online and no chance to refund the amount, that's why it was not good.
