Complimentary breakfast no choice . I already paid for it .. room temp was so high ..

Terrible experience, worst condition room and ambience. Room was not worth RS 500 . Link washroom was not clean, broken sink, leaking tank. Stinking room. None was available to listen request.

Very poor service no room service no television working no telephone working no room cleaning huge smell

It was very bad experience, no welcome drink, towels were bad and in one room there was no towel including very dirty washroom

Washrooms were extremely smelly and room bedsheets were not clean and breakfast was not given as breakfast was already added in the booking, there was no hygiene in the hotel

Good and great place for the family

Very good service, cleanliness, staff is very cooperative. Food is also good and hygienic. Rooms are specious as compare to other Hotel in Khanna. I will recommend to stay here.

The hotel is very far from main city, almost 3-4 km and also the staff is not upto the mark. Average hotel, not good for family travelers.

Hotel's location is good but contrary to their claim, they don't have WiFi and even their TVs do not have any cable service.

The room was clean and nice. Bed was tidy. Tv and other electrical appliances werw working fine. Room service was good. Bathhroom was clean and taps were working fine. Geyser was also working fine. Only problem was the loud music which was playing in the kitty party in the floor below my room.
