it was horrible stay. worst hotel in my life. in spite of complimentary breakfast they charged money for milk. so cheap activity. if it was not complimentary then they would have informed earlier

the stay was good and hotel staff was very nice and friendly but their is none ac and fan at the reception counter guest were dealing with sweat . At reception there must be a fan or ac for staff and the guest the food is good and overall facilities of hotel is excellent but there is none ac fan or ac at reception area, guest deals with sweat at reception

There is no lift in the premise so had to take stairs only. The bed had ants and spiders in it when went to sleep and room had crickets in it. Flush in washroom wasn't working well and water flow in taps, hand shower and over head shower had very little flow. Lacha Pratha in Dinner & Tandoori Parantha in breakfast were half done, when informed the restaurant person, he said sir yeh toh aisa hi hota hai. Food Options were very little and not upto the mark.
