Very economical and Budget friendly hotel which is near the station. good and helping staff

Hotel stay for the night was fine. What I liked was no non-veg, no liquor. Better that way for family stays. Rooms are average at best. No balcony in any room. No proper window that you can open either. Good for night stay. Geyser , TV working. Staff was courteous. They arranged for warm water at 7 am. Walking distance from Railway Station I booked Godwin Special room, looking at photo. But on reaching, was told it is old photo. That room no longer exists. Also parking photos are wrong. That is garage area. Parking is done on the street.

This is an old charm hotel located near road about 50 steps , Has closed parking . Food and service is good

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patiala.

Good stay, got my sheets changed on a single request. If you're staying towards the side of kali temple, you might need to ask the reception to switch towards the other side of hotel where there's a little less noise so that you may sleep during day time. In night, there's minimum noise (occasional train horns. The washroom was clean, however not similar to as shown in the picture. Reception desk is very supportive.

The room shown in pictures and the one actually given were different. The bedsheets were a bit dirty which I could get replaced easily upon request. Mind you, the quilt cover isn't washed frequently so you can ask for extra bedsheet to be under it before using the quilt (railway style). Staff is nice and cooperative, there was noise issue from the Kali mata temple in the day time, which died down by night so I could sleep only then. Maybe ask for a room opposite to the temple if you want to rest with a little less noise in the day.

The hotel is good, having covered parking space. Food is also good. The toilet is not small and needs more cleanness. In totality it's worth spending the quoted rent.

The stay was not not good because there is strictly no outside food allowed and inside they don’t even have much option and also when i ordered the quantity they give is very less for the amount i paid. Overall a bad experience.

Hotel staff was not polite, without the concept of guests, didn’t care for guests problems, food was served in cracked utensils, food served uncovered from kitchen to room despite requests. Location of hotel in front of car repair shop which made huge noise of denting and painting work. Room not changed despite request. Outside food not allowed in the hotel. You can’t eat non veg food in the hotel. I won’t stay in this hotel in future.

I don't travel frequently. Pl don't disturb me. It was nice stay. Supporting staff was good. But. Why after 5 days

While my stay at the hotel had some areas for improvement, there were still some positives to highlight. The rooms, while cozy, could benefit from a more pleasant scent, and the washrooms could use a little sprucing up. However, the staff were responsive and attentive, promptly assisting me when i needed an ac remote. Overall, with a few tweaks, this hotel could provide an even more enjoyable experience for its guests.
