Pathetic room condition , no food service and pathetic power backup

location is easily approachable, food quality was excellent, room was neat and clean. lift facility available, parking available, rent reasonable.

it was a nice stay at the hotel, hotel staff was friendly and very cooperative. it's adjacent to Gurudwara Sahib.

Location is very good, rooms are both sizes small and large, mine is larger one and very comfortable for a family of 4. I just used it to stay for night only and left early morning. So dint had food there.

Great hotel. Great customer service. Clean environment. Receptionist behavior good. Great food. Room very clean. Must visit this hotel. Premium hotel in patiala. . Low price but premium stay.

Good hotel. But the commode is not properly clean. Food service is not 24 hrs. So early in the morning tea and boiled water also not received.

Staff was polite. The bed sheet and blanket provided were smelly. I asked for replacement for them, they said hotel is full so they don't have spare blanket. So for a small hotel like this you can't expect much.

There was no water heater.

It has very good services, the hotel room is also good, the staff was very helpful and supportive.

Bed was messy, blanket was so unhealthy. Blood mark was there in blanket. I had checkout hotel same day at 11 pm

But staff behavior is very poor and service is very down

Food quality, cleanliness, was excellent. Staff at Hotel was polite and humble

Totally unexpected and disappointed with staff behavior. No amenities are other than ac and tv which were not working also. Never ever recommend anyone to have a room. Please never visit. They will take your original I'd proofs and never gives you back. People forget to take during checkout and they keep with them.
