The bathroom was not clean, but the staff came and cleaned it, but it was not satisfactory. Reviews of other customers are not matching at all

Their services was very poor and staff was not cooperative. Location is good but food quality was not good. Hygiene was very poor and AC remote was not working room and control by reception. Overall experience was below average and not meeting the remarks as mentioned in website. The location share in the booking massage was also wrong.

property is in good location,but service is very poor, They provide Geyser time to time only, fooding facility is not available for who r staying in hotel, they can provide Lunch and dinner only in reception party.they couldn't provide any amenities also.Room service is very poor.They forced us to check out as early as possible within 11:30 AM. I have left my belongings there and called them to confirm me but after two days they have not reverted yet. Plus at the time of check in they ask me to pay for early check in. I refused them to pay as i have already called before my arrival for the early check in and they told me that early check in is based on subject to availability of the rooms. There will be no charges for early check in. Plus in their profile of mmt they have mentioned in the amenities like slipper dental kits but we got nothing.

It has nice location, management kept good staff, it was neet and clean. Like it. The staff was keeping rooms clean.

The hotel had good front desk and very hospitable employees. They were ready to help even while i checked in late in the night. Also the room was decent and had good and clean set up

I had a stay in the hotel for business meeting for 2 nights but the amenities were not upto the mark as shown on the site before booking and room was not cleaned even after instruction to reception.

I was very disappointed with the hotel price and the rooms wat i got, i dint know why mm t entertain such type of a property, it was more like a lodge rather then a 3 -star hotel, it wl rate it one out of 10, electric kettle was provided just for a show there was no plug nothing, balcony door was kept opened and there was no key to lock the balcony neither hotel staff have got any key to the balcony, i m more more disappointed with the mm t why even you have enrolled such type of a property, it is a scam, a big scam

I stayed here for two nights. Executive room was very good size. Rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Site is excellent. Only next to sankatmochan mandir. Other sites are within distance of 2-3 kilometers. At the top of all food was excellent.

Hospitality best &we feel that this is our best stay. Thanks for the location so why we are visit saket mochan hanuman mandir,

Not happy with room service. It was very disappointing.

We couple booked a executive room for three days. Room is very spacious, neat and hygiene. Staff response is excellent. Food varieties and taste is enormous. Location of the Hotel is very near to the holistic temples and Ganga River. Provided a trusted transport facility within reasonable price. But room heater is not facilitated in the extreme cool weather in the end of december month. Controlling switch of geyser for hot water is kept under the control of Hotel staff at reception.
