Service is very good , staff behaviour is very nice .hood food located in heart of city near to bus stop

take extra money 500 hundred I have already pay by make my trip but take 500 extra charge by ralsons

Room excellent, bed excellent, food excellent, bathroom excellent, hospitality excellent

I one word "excellent" in everything and from every angle including service and food. The property is very clean and the staff and management are very cooperative. In fact, the reception service is very flexible. It is recommended to book rooms from the reception offline as the management is very cooperative to upgrade on the customer's request. Excellent. I look forward to visit them anytime i visit gopalganj. Thank you hotel ralson.

In 2800 rs it was just an ac room. Nothing else, no cleanliness, washroom was in pathetic condition. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's going with family. Bedsheets weren't washed properly, and i can say 1200rs are enough for this room. So it's just a wastage of money. I booked it through make my trip so i thought it will be a good hotel and room of 2800 rs but i was totally upset after reaching in the room.

Room and wash room was very dirty request to mm t don't suggest any one also food quality was very poor

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.

Great location, good parking space for all type of vehicle, rooms are large in size, housekeeping and room service was fast, food quality was up to the mark. Location of the hotel is very very good. Closed to the city area. Food quality was very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Safety precautions they are taking seriously. Nothing was for dissatisfaction. Overall it was a pleasant staying. The best place to stay at gopalganj town.

Rooms were unkempt. The bedsheets were torn and towels gave a nasty smell. No warm water, geyser in semi deluxe room. Location was good

Worst service Doesn't provide basic facilities

Dirty bedsheet, pillows, bed-sheet, and towels. Torn bedsheet and oil patches in pillow covers. For bathing were given smallest medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo 1 rupee sachet and almond oil sachet. Joined two single beds for making a double bed. Booked an AC room in winter but was given a heater after a small argument.

Neat and clean rooms, good services, good food quality.

Everything is good but response needs to be improved by the staff on duty.

Such huge price and did not even give separate bathroom. No dustbin. No hanger. No ventilation. No table.

Good and fast service. And so cleanness.
