Review Of Hotel Radhikha Kung Palace

1.जो सुविधाएं लिखी गई थी वे प्रॉपर नहीं थी। तोलिया, hand wash, पीने का पानी, नहीं था। 2. रूम की चादर तकिया कवर used और बेहद गंदे थे। 3. रूम में छत से पानी टपक रहा था बिस्तर के पास ही। 4. नल, गीजर, पंखे सब बेहद खराब कंडीशन में थे। 5. टॉयलेट की शीट बराबर फिटिंग की ही नहीं थी बहुत ज्यादा डगमगा रही थी, लगता था कही गिर ना पड़े। 6. मच्छर बहुत ज्यादा थे और उसके लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी, इतना ही नहीं रोशनदान खुला था उसमें भी मच्छर जाली नहीं लगी थी। 7. रूम में सीलन की बदबू थी। 8. मैन रोड से 500 मीटर अंदर है और जाने के लिए पैदल के अलावा कोई साधन नहीं था। हर काम के लिए 500 मैन रोड तक जाना पड़ता था। 9. पंखा आवाज कर रहा था तो ऑफर किया गया की कूलर चालू कर देते है पर 100/ ज्यादा देने पड़ेंगे। जबकि कूलर में पानी भी नहीं था। 10. अनुभव खराब रहा

My stay in Hotel Radhika Kunj Palace is very excellent, thanks to make my trip group and hotel management also.

Location was in close proximity of important places, staff was very cooperative. Service is also very quick.

Rooms are not upto the level of satisfaction. Not properly maintained. Not placed the water jug, no intercom, not cleaned properly, no towel, no soap, toilet flush was not working etc. Etc.

Linen, matress and room are bad smell

The taps of bathroom are fully rusted and the room also not too clean

Yes hotel is good and it's location is also good but hotel staf apply extra charges of 100 rupees per night i don't know why. It is very disappointing

Room is good but badsheets are dirty and they do not changed it. Tv is not working but all over is ok.
