Rude Staff – Not Recommended I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and when I arrived, the reception staff were rude, inattentive, and claimed they hadn’t received any booking. They refused to cooperate, didn’t talk to customer care, and made me wait outside for about 30 minutes. The staff don't know how to talk to customer, showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. This was my first and last visit to this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel.

Location, Hospitality,Food are good ,we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults in rooms TV, shower bath are missing ,except this property is nice and walkable distance to Airport .In my opinion the property is good for those who travelling by Air

overall decent. but they have a lot of things to improve.. latenight after the storm electricity gone so I asked them to start generator but they simply denied it by saying it's night we can't do that wait for morning electricity will come

Well, to start with room and bedsheets could have been much cleaner. There was no support line available. Also, wifi in non-existant. No exhaust fan in bathroom
