The hotel room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, well-behaved, and always ready to assist. Services were fast and efficient. My overall experience was excellent. The food was delicious, healthy, and reasonably priced, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Very average room. Food quality was average. The staff was good. Lots of rain mosquitoes in the room.

Location - ok. Service- so- so. Staff is cooperative. Facilities are bare minimum as compared to charges. Room charges are comparatively & as per facilities offered are on higher side. Home service- coffee pouch not available despite calling more than 8 times & milk pouch were made available after 3 reminders. For 3 adult only one tea cup available. No glass for water.

Rooms were good. Bathroom was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Ac was nice in room and room had warm water as well. Following can be improved 1. Mattress on bed was too soft didn’t have back support, not a good sleep. 2. Restaurant cleanliness and table hygiene like plates and glasses were not cleaned properly 3. Restaurant service was very slow 20-30mins per order. Food was tasty though

It is located on main road, restaurant is on ground floor, food is good. Property is not well maintained. Services are good.

The price is high and doesn’t justify the basic level of facilities provided by the hotel.

Pathetic hotel u may call it guest house, greedy and insensitive staff. I have taken buffet breakfast but only 1 plate poha and other dishes were free. If u need more, u have to pay extra. I haven't seen this before in any hotel. Also, they took rs. 500 extra for bedsheet on which tea had fallen. I won't advice anyone to stay at this third class guest house

Had a accident driving down from ajmer to karauli called to cancel it was not accepted and money debited from cc

We were unsure about booking this hotel as it had a very low rating but went ahead with it nonetheless. The food was fantastic and the rooms were fine too. No complaints about the service either.

Its on the main road and you do not have many options near. It's an okay hotel to stay if you want to rest over.

Worst staff I have ever seen in this category hotel. No fixed menu to serve in breakfast fast. Instant solution is not available. Staff is confused... Even they don't know what is Dal tadka and Dal fry... They think both are same.
