Okay room
Room was not cleaned proper. And at mid night lizard was fallen on my face. Too much mosquitoes. .

Location was at very nice place, near to all temples. Centrally located. Nice experience. Food is not served here

Hotel is very good and near to banke vihar mandir but staff was not that much good. Recommend to stay.

The hotel room was spacious though the services were not that great. There were no proper blankets in this shivering cold of december last week. Also, there was a lack of maintenance in the doors of the room.

coupleHotel is clean and except that u will not get any service. No intercom, only 1 towel if u are staying 3 people's also, only 1 hand siap. No room service, even no tea. No newspaper. It's just as good as dharamshala type. Single benifit that near to bankey bihari temple.

Very good stay. All staff is nice n. Next time i will stay here only. Sri mandir is just 700 mts away from hotel

Poor service
familyNo hospitality, rude language and never expected such hotel experience. We have given only 1 towel for 4 persons. We had booked for 2 adults and 1 child of 12 year age but have been charged for extra bed for child. However already charged for extra bed but we have to again pay extra at hotel. Staf don't know hotel etiquette. Thos hotel is like dharam shala. One must keep this in mind while booking this so called hotel. I came here with my family and they spoiled our mood. Receptionist also talked rude to my wife.

Terrible Stay
Very bad attitude of the receptionist, no water no soap, no body was on reception on arrival, room was not properly clean.
