Poor Stay
No staff service. No room service. On request towel and bath soap provided after 8 hrs. No drinking water. No lift. You have to lift your baggage without elevator

Bad hotel
I had taken this hotel but after entering in d hotel, its shown bad service. Bed and other things are smelling of cigaretes. Requesting u to remove this hotel for future people service and also please refund my - which i paid without staying in advance.

Good hotel good service. Location was also very good easy to connect railway stn, st depot and private luxurious.

Staff and parking
Behavior of the daytime manager was very rough. He said room is open and will send key and original id proof which we had given for verification will return together. So we went inside room and freshed. After sometime we went to counter and collected key. When we asked for key he said he gave us and argued that we misplaced. He also denied complimentary breakfast written in voucher. I had to call mmt care to resolve it. This is stressful effort when we are on a pleasure trip. Another issue is parking. Paeking cost is rs40 per hour. We had to park on roadside at a distance and walk to hotel. We were worried if goods in car will be safe outside. So if u are tracelling by car, then the hotel is strict no.

Very cleaned rooms and washroom. Good beds and good space and very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent

Washroom is very small, no hot water for 24 hours, location is near by CBS and railway station. Main entrance is not good condition
Hotel is in good condition. But they are not supply a towel, bath soap for next day stay, not in this hotel but in every hotel, there is no stand for cloth.

Terrible Hotel, please avoid.
I have paid for one night halt on my way to Goa with family. I was allotted a small room in third floor. Room was not clean, toilet was not clean. They don't have parking, morning tea is available after 8-30 Am. Reception staff are totally non professional, they makes the reception looking like fish market.
