On arrival, the hotel person told to change the hotel from app or call customer care. We said we didnt got any notification for any change in place. After arguing he allowed us to stay. We booked 2 rooms with 3 person occupancy each room. But they got us the extra bed at 11 pm at night. The washrooms are in real bad condition, as even after flushing, the pot getting dirty again automatically as everything was reversing every few mins. When we ordered tea again, the person told us in harsh tone, that why you didnt ordered at once, dont order until l you all get up and ordered at the same time. It was our worst stay ever.
