Poor Stay

The stay experience was very bad. There was no information about booking and keep asking for proof of booking and payment rudely. There is no backup of electricity we entered in hotel at 5. 00 pm because of no power we have go somewhere else. We came back @ 11. 00, but again, ac was not working. Staff changed the room twice unfortunately situation was not improved. We were parrying for sun rise so we could leave room.
