Good cooperative staff experience. but ac not working properly too much voice of ac in room no.111 and too much suffocation in room maybe not proper vantilation i can't sleep in night and but room is properly neat n clean . overall average experience not good not bad.

Stay was in all good. clean bed sheets washroom and all. Basic amenities were available. Needs improvement in Food. The curtains were a bit old. However the overall stay was comfortable, the staff was very polite and humble.

The rooms are big and good. But there is no lift, although the rooms are on the second floor. The food seemed a bit expensive but the food is good. Overall it is good

Clean Room, Big room, all gadgets were nicely working. Bed sheets towels were super clean. Food is very reasonable and served in no time with good quality. Managers response was outstanding.

Overall experience was good and i am totally satisfied with the hotel service as well as staff. I will recommend to stay and have a satisfying experience.

The property is excellent. The highlight is the staff. Very very co-operative. The food is just awesome. No extra spices. Yet so flavourful. Keep it up team nimantran!

I found this hotel couple friendly as i visit the hotel i got a refreshing welcome and ….a pleasant stay i ever head

no quality food and no variety for food

No ventilation in room, wall seepages, bathroom not hygienic, food also average, room not soundproof, street noise coming in room

Hotel was good in hygiene, location was ok but there is no elevator in this property. Taking luggage to 2 floor is not easy. Food quality was ok.

Hotel room cleanliness is not proper,

The hotel staff was supportive but basic facilities like hot kettle with some tea coffee sachet were not available inside the room. Also the geyser was not working. Though room space fair enough.
