Every thing is ok but 1 cooler is compulsory because it's too hot season and then ok

I will give 3/5 review during my overall stay experience in Hotel Nikita. The ambience was good. The hotel is situated proximity to the Jorhat Town Railway Station also accessible from all sides. I will recommend it for travellers. Staff behavior has been found satisfactory.

It was an ok experience, according to the budget, but could definitely need some housekeeping service, the pillows and the bedsheets definitely need to be replaced.

Hotel room was good, dint get coffee and water bottle as complimentary, no hot water flask. Not much choices in breakfast

Hygiene. Bedsheets are very dirty. I ask them to replace the did but all are bad stain marks. Bathroom smelly, sofas and chairs are dirty as well.
