Staff has to be more professional they don’t have manner how to talk to clients early morning they rang the doorbell for breakfast

Room of the hotel was not maintained properly. Old type room. After my request they changed bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket cover. When i check out in morning they ask for water bottle payment, they given during check in. Food menu was too costly as giridih is small town they should provide food at moderate rate.

The room owner had provided other room from that hotel. The room was very good and comfortable.

Location wise the property is in middle of market. It's secure as there were cctv cameras in front of rooms. The quality of foods were good but quantity wise they were lesser than expected. The rooms were hygienic but there were damps in walls.

Staffs were friendly and behavior were polite and helpful. Big parking area and restaurant also there.

Good and facilities send staff are excellent

I liked it staff is also cooperative
