The hotel service is worst, food quality, staff behaviour and cleaness very very bad.

Worst experience in my life in this hotel Don't stay in this it's my request

Restraunt was not available as mentioned in website, it was under renovation and breakfast was brought from outside nearby hotels.

The stay was fine, the staff was cooperative but there was no WiFi. Cleanliness can be better. they have parking for car

The hotel restaurant price is very high then the market value and they apply to sail their restaurant food apply a rule that outside food not allowed in hotel

Excellent hospitality good hygiene room was clean except for the face wash tap it's was broken. Ok

No complimentary water bottles. Water issues in washroom. Geysers not working. We booked 3 rooms and it is just waste of money and peace.

It was a very nice experience at hotel mount valley. Very peaceful environment and the location is also very close to jeypore town. I have experienced hygienic food served by hotel kitchen.

Hospitality is very poor. Staffs are very rude except the receptionist madam. She is very cordial and gentle. Male staffs are very irresponsible.
