The inn was decent for a short stay. The staff stood out for being notably good and attentive, which was a plus. However, the facilities are quite basic, so it's best for those who only need a place to spend the night without high expectations

Bad experience with management and hotel price was very high, while when i saw the room very clumsy not clean up to the mark and not for the worthy. This was not expected from make my trip. Ok

The lodge needs improvement in bathroom, regarding ac. Hot water.

We had book two ac rooms, however due to few reasons hotel management gave us family suite in lieu of 2 double occupancy rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was good. Cleanliness wasn't on par. Bed linens had stains, bathroom was little smaller in size. Some odd smell was there in room. No water bottle is provided. Towel soap n shampoo is provided. Overall it was okayish stay.

Good stay lights/invertor/generator are a issue if updated hotel is well and good can be considered 4 out of 5 rating parking place is ample and enough staff are good and their response is nice

I booked room for 5 adults after going to hotel they said room is a 4 person stay room and they said we can adjust in a 4 bed facility room which is not possible. So paid extra 500 and had to upgrade the room to 5 bed

The room was not spacious, no water bottle and no helper for luggage carrying. Open parking

Room with a/c - good staff behaviour - good the hotel is near the temple and the hotel car parking is available.

Stay was a pleasant one was a good experience with staff and owner.

Had best experience in kanipakam. Nice and clean. All are very near by to this place. Hotel people are so kind, polite and helpful.

The hotel is above my expectations in the small town of kanipakam. Bed & bath are nice and the staff are friendly. Value for money.

Decent stay - good location and amenities but maintenance should be improved for bathrooms. We took 2 rooms and 1 room was good but another room's bathroom was not cleaned and maintained properly.

We stayed in hotel on jun e 9th booking, i booked a 3rd non ac room for 3 persons, on seeing rooms photos were good, but on reaching hotel they showed me a room which is not a hotel it is room attached to a wedding hall used as a dressing room no bathroom attached, no proper bed, it doesn't look like a hotel or does t fit for any family, when we asked he told he is having only that non ac rooms and asked us better change to ac room by paying extra, i told ok i will pay the difference 450 for ac room but he charged 1000 saying he is getting low amount if want to stay stay or cancel directly, after booking two days before paying full amount we went there it is such a horrible experience, finally there were no option left to us paid 1000 rs additionally to change that room, he told ac room with attached bathroom and tv and wifi, but again totally disappointed, very old room insects were there no proper cleaning, a small toilet with attached bathroom water was leaking in tap and floor is always wet and we are not able to bath also such a small bathroom, i suggest don't ever try this worst hotel.

Enough space and also good room, service is so good

Stay is good with hot water and cold water no room service that need to develop. Bathroom is not so hygiene need to improve
