Horrible location and remote area bad condition No TV No food I book with breakfast but get horrible food and also get 10.30am The next day there was no breakfast No one attended us pls do not suggest any other guests. No value for Money. No if required they come if they are available

The property is in a very congested lane, I had to walk to reach the property as my driver dropped me halfway due to heavy traffic in the lane. And the surprising part is, you get nothing whatever is mentioned here in MMT not a single bottle of water was provided, after calling them 10 times they gave me a 100 years old bottle of water with black stains on it. And if you book for 3 pax then one has to sleep on the floor, because they don’t provide any extra bedding.

The stay was quite good though the kitchen was closed which was a bit negative for me.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location outside was nice and peaceful, which added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, one drawback was the availability of food items. Some menu options were not available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and i would recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable stay but be prepared for limited food options.

The location of hotel is quite bad, road is so narrow that is congested, no ricksaw auto available. No mineral water tea coffee available.

Very unhygienic dirty room and washroom not worth to stay. Insects inside room and almirah was fugues infected.

Clean room, parking, multiple beds, everything perfect, lift service, room service, clean washroom

Hotel mastana palace is not clean hotel and hotel staf is beavifer dirty

That is not hotel it is a community hall for marriage where they have room which they are using it in off season as hotel. There is no service, breakfast &even the hotel staff is very rude and behaviour is very bad. I will never book any hotel and do the entire payment early because of this experience

Morning breakfast mein bolata hai sirf samosa ha in mujhko nah-in matlab hai paisa jyada leti hai humko kam deti hai yah bola hai hotel ke manager ne nashte mein sirf samosa diya gest bahar a gaya main e bahar se breakfast karaya 1500 extra lag a hai

Location was not good as no public transport was available for an area and staff was so also rude as we informed timely that our train was running late but still he refused to refund our money.

Very crowded place, very rude behavior and also very far away from all famous places. Also, i will suggest that you don't book hotels from make my trip as safety are their least concern. They will force you to stay there even though you don't feel safe and also they don't have any refund policy or any cancellation policy.

The stay was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, the location is far from temples & ganga ghat and famous hotels and stalls, if you're going for shri kashi vishwanath mandir and want to enjoy your banaras food and attraction then prefer not to stay at this hotel. The gowdolia chowk transportation will be a headache for you. Even if it is showing 1. 7 km (in mm t )from temple you have to walk and pay an extra amount to return to the hotel.

Worst place i have ever stayed. It deals as a community hall. Nothing feasible there for booking room

The hotel rooms were okay, could have been more cleaner. However the worst part was the location of the hotel, which was very hard to access as a tourist with narrow streets and limited parking space. The hotel is more focused on its banquet hall business and does not expect much tourists, as they don’t have room service and even tea or water bottles can’t be requested before 9am or after 9pm! hotel does not have a kitchen or a room service. Not happy with the hospitality and would not recommend for a family visit.
