Badsheet was not new, it was a used one, found hairs on it and not very clean

coupleWe stayed for one night but we had worst experience that hotel staff has switched of the ac & geyser from the reception main switch without informing the guest so we couldn't took bath due to no hot water n couldn't not sleep properly without ac. Hotel staff is not bothered to inform us
