Food not available in this Hotel, Breakfast mentioned when I booked the hotel but provided Tea and pooha..this is not breakfast. very cheap breakfast. I was disappointed for this.

Although the stay itself was comfortable, the excessive surrounding noise significantly affected my sleep, as there was no adequate soundproofing in place.

The location of the hotel is great, connected to the highway. In terms of amenities the hotel is very poor. Rooms are unclean, bedsheet unwashed, human hair all over the room.

It was very nice experience to stay here. Very first, rooms are same as shown in app, secondly. Rooms were neat n clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Staff is very humble and co-operative. Palate restaurant is a feather in crown. Amazing food and cery reasonable. We are very happy and i'll recommend everybody who comes in modasa or nearby, you must visit this place. Finally, will give 5/5 reating. Thank you mmt & thanks entire mantra residency hotel.
