Review Of Hotel Mandal Ghang

Inspite of calling three times the room was not ready. They prepared the room by wasting one hour . Curtain was put by our request. When dinning a feroushas dog came and went inside the table . We had to remove the table and with great difficulty a helper take him away. We were all frightend. How a Dfs g can come even he is a pet of the owner. A warn them not to repeat again. But when we were in front of our room dog came again and was after my wife. He took her dupatta , with great difficulty we some how manage to help us . No person came to our rescue. Then when the noise was heard one person Said which could not reduce the trauma we had. We could not go for a walk due to this reason. Bottle was served in the morning . I request you to pl get the amount refunded instead of dis. Hope not to face in twang

Hotel is as described and so does the room. So no complaints there. What I really liked is the owner. She is an amazing personality with so much love and positivity around her. I actually missing her as I write this. She has been very kind to me and even prepare sabji for no cost. I wouldn’t have paid with money anyway. But by all means that is going beyond call of duty by miles. Best experience of my travel.

The basic amenities are good. Location is excellent. Food is average.

We were given delux rooms which had cranky double bed, broken doors, uncomfortable smell, ac wiring hanging out etc. On placing complaint on mmt, they offered us better rooms with partially fixing some of above issues but still by no mean this hotel offer deluxe facility (definition of deluxe can be different from hotel to hotel as per mm t response. Food quality is not up to the mark. Poha were served without salt. And for services in restaurant, you have to go all they way to kitchen or reception even for a single glass of water because there is nobody to serve you in restaurant after delivering your pre-order food. Avoid this hotel and better to look for some low cost home stays in bhalukpong area. At least you will get the quality what you will be paying for.

The location of the hotel is good. The hospitality provided by hotel staff was quite good n food is good. Rooms were clean. Overall it was nice hotel

This hotel is located in a place with a beautiful view. The staff members and the manager are well behaved and very very cooperative. The only issue is the food is marginally costly. Further, booking through makemytrip is excessively costly. I love bomdila is wrongly posted. Bhalukpong

We stayed here on our way to tawang and back. Be sure to book the river-facing rooms as they are very spacious and offer a breathtaking view of the kameng river at sunrise. The rooms are equipped with ac, water kettle and other modern amenities. The food at the hotel is also very good and offers a variety of options. They were kind enough to accommodate our eating preferences. The manager, jessica, is one of the nicest people you'll meet- she is extremely hospitable and understanding.

Tv was not working due to zero recharge, room service was poor, drinking water was provided after several request, in one room there was no kettle, geyser was not working in one room.

Stayed for 2 nights on the way to bomdila. It was gracious of the owner to give suit above the charges paid for. Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. Food quality is normal, but up to mark. Service quality too are acceptable, considering some parts of the hotel are still under development. Located near the highway, the place is serene with a majestic view of the mighty kameng river. If you arrive with the help of google map, better give the location as pwd circuit house. Otherwise google will lead you to correct location, but the wrong drive way, below the hotel, on the side of highway, where there is only a foot path towards the hotel. The mandala g hang is just adjacent to pwd circuit house. Was raining cats and dogs during my stay, couldn't take advantage of visiting nearby interesting places like tip i orchid, bhalukpong fort etc. Recommended for overnight halt for those traveling to bomdila - tawang tourist circuit.

Property is located at a very nice location. We got the river view rooms. Owner was very generous and gave us a free upgraded rooms.
